As Duxbury's largest private employer, Bay Farm Montessori Academy (BFMA) is a community of professionals bonded together to further the interests of children and their families. Established in 1972, BFMA is an independent, Montessori school serving children ages twelve months to twelve years. Located just off Route 3 exit 10, the serene, eight-acre campus serves over one hundred ninety children with a staff of forty five.
