Applying for Financial Aid Timeline

January 21: 

  • School and Student Service for Financial Aid Application form must be completed by applicant's family and sent as directed.  [Note: We recommend that all families request a copy of the service's report for their own review.]
  • Send photocopies of completed Parent Financial Statement and your most current Federal Income Tax Return including all schedules to the Bay Farm Business Office.

February:  Returning families are notified of the Financial Aid Committee's decision, and given a date by which to accept or decline.

 

March:  New students' families are notified of the Financial Aid Committee's decision, and given a date by which to accept or decline.

 

April 15:  Copy of completed current Federal Income Tax Return with all schedules must be submitted to the Bay Farm Business Office. Awards will become final upon review of this information.

 

(We are school 1513 listed in the instructions as Bay Farm Academy)

 

All information submitted to Bay Farm Montessori Academy is held in strict confidence.

 

The Financial Aid Committee may request additional information as necessary.

 

Available funds are allocated first to families that follow the dated process as outlined above. Families applying at later dates are eligible for financial aid only if there are funds remaining.
