Dear Bay Farm Friends and Families:
Have you ever seen Bay Farm Montessori Academy’s campus look so beautiful? The growth of newly planted gardens celebrates fall’s splendor and demonstrates what we can accomplish as a community.
In this spirit, we ask you to continue the momentum begun in Bay Farm’s gardens by being a part of this year’s Annual Fund campaign. Choosing to participate in Bay Farm’s 2007/2008 Annual Fund contributes to the family atmosphere that defines our school’s culture. Because we are a small school, every donation is felt exponentially.
Annual Fund revenues make up the gap between yearly tuition and the total operating costs for the current school year. This is common practice for independent schools, and helps us provide an enriching educational environment, while keeping tuition at a reasonable level. Even though annual tuition is several thousand dollars higher at most of our colleague schools, they too count on annual fund revenue to close similar budget gaps. This year at Bay Farm, tuition pays for 90% of the annual operating budget and we are counting on your support to raise the remaining 10%.
Last year, gifts ranged from $10 to$10,000. Each and every donation is crucial and makes so many things possible -- everything from Tonka trucks and art easels to important classroom technology. Your tax-deductible donation impacts every aspect of educational life at the school.
Please donate today – in whatever amount you can – to help us achieve a 100% participation rate among the families and achieve this year’s goal! Inch by inch, row by row, let’s work together to help Bay Farm grow!
